What's new
Expand load details from the dispatch list
You can expand a load in the dispatch list to review tank forecast, delivery timing, notes, sourcing, planning details, and product amounts without leaving the list.
Late delivery alerts
Dashfuel can send an in-app notification when a load is still active after its delivery window has passed. Completed and rejected loads do not trigger the alert.
Edit paperwork from invoicing
Create or edit a bill of lading from invoicing, and open the delivery editor from the attachment row. On multi-pickup loads, you choose the correct pickup using terminal, product, and gallon details before you continue.
Customer gallons delivered report
Dispatchers and managers can request a Customer Gallons Delivered Excel export from Additional Reports and receive it by email. The report covers completed delivery gallons by customer and location, defaults to the last seven days, and can use gross or net gallons depending on your setup.
Clearer load creation and editing
Creating and editing a load now brings priority, freight-only loads, load confirmation, salesperson assignment, pickups, and default accessorials into a more unified flow. Delivery windows use the location’s local time, and the load flow includes stronger GPS and tank-location detail for dispatch and drivers.
Pricing availability and outages
From pricing, mark a price as available, supply only, quote only, or unavailable. Set a date range and apply the change to the terminal, supplier, or product you need so planned outages and availability windows stay in one place.
Inspection photos
Drivers can attach multiple photos to pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Those photos are saved with the inspection and appear in the inspection details.
Delivery quantity rounding
A new setting controls how calculated delivery quantities are rounded. By default, quantities follow the source ticket’s decimal precision. Your team can switch to whole-gallon rounding when needed.
Convert a terminal to a bulk plant
Workspace admins can convert a regular terminal into a bulk plant from the terminal edit screen. When you add a tank to a bulk plant, the form asks for loading number information instead of a supplier. Once a bulk plant has a customer, that customer selection stays locked.
Fuel sensor connection check
A diagnostic screen lets field users test Bluetooth, USB, and serial connections to supported fuel sensors, confirm the device is responding, and read gallon counts.
