View Load History
Open a load, choose Load History from Edit Load, and review the audit timeline of events for that load. Admins and managers can use this action.
This is the event history for one load. It is not the site inventory Load History tab that lists past deliveries for a location.
Open Load History from a load
Start from the load detail page, then open the edit menu.
Open the load from the Load List, Dispatch Center, or another load link.
Open Edit Load.
Click Load History. The button appears next to actions such as Copy Load.
Load History is shown only when your account is an admin or a manager. If you do not see it, your role cannot open the audit page from edit.

Read the timeline
The page title is Load History Audit. The header shows Load #[load id] and Back to load, which returns you to that load.
Events appear in a timeline ordered from earliest to latest. Each row can show:
Time and date
The event label
The user name, or Unknown user
Optional gap text such as how much later the event occurred
Optional summaries such as Scheduled driver, Changes, pickup or delivery IDs, or an Autofilled indicator
A condensed Load timeline rail sits alongside the full list so you can jump between events.
When there are no events yet, the page shows No Load History Events Generated Yet and Once Events are added, they will appear here.
Open event details
Click a timeline row to open the right-side Event Data sheet for that event.
Created At — UTC and Local timestamps
User — Name, Email, and ID when available
Event payload — toggle between View full payload and Show data only, and use Copy
Optional sections such as Autofill Suggestion Data or BOL Files when the event includes them
Close the sheet with Close to return to the timeline.
Change summaries on the timeline
Some update events include a Changes block on the row. Examples of change lines include driver changes, start or end time changes, and product quantity changes.
Schedule events can show Scheduled driver with the driver id when that data is present.
