Start a load and review Pending Loads

On the mobile app, approve loads waiting in Pending Loads, then use the load card to Start or Continue a run and open Load Summary.

This guide covers the mobile workflow only. For how loads are structured on the web, see Loads Overview.

Review Pending Loads

Pending Loads appears in the app drawer only when your account has approver permission. The screen lists loads waiting for approval from the last 30 days.

  1. Open the app drawer and tap Pending Loads.

  2. On a pending load card, tap Edit to change the load, or Accept to approve it.

When approval succeeds, the app confirms that the load was approved successfully and shows the load ID. If approval fails, the error appears in a bottom sheet.

Start or Continue from the load card

On a load card, the primary action changes with the load’s state. Use it to begin a scheduled run, keep working an in-progress load, or reopen a completed one.

What it does

Start

Load is not active or loaded

For a scheduled load, posts the start status and continues the workflow. For an unscheduled load, opens the continue workflow directly.

Completed, Click to edit

Load is completed

Opens the completed load so you can review or edit it.

Other actions on the card depend on state:

  • Load Summary β€” open the summary screen (see below).

  • Edit Load β€” change load details. For web-side editing, see Editing a Load.

  • Upload Paperwork β€” attach paperwork for the load.

  • Resume load β€” available when the load is paused.

  • Complete Load β€” available when the load is ready to complete and has no open issue.

  • Accept / Reject β€” available when the load is proposed to you.

Open Load Summary

Tap Load Summary on the load card to open the summary screen. The title shows the load number followed by Summary.

The summary includes:

  • Notes β€” each note’s location and text, with VIEW IMAGE when an image is attached.

  • Pickups β€” the pickup count.

  • Deliveries β€” the delivery count and inventory.

Tap Close when you are done.

What's next

After you start or continue a load, open the stop and use Start Delivery with BaseLink to work the delivery. Creating loads on the web is covered in Creating a Load.
