Create a load in the mobile app
Create a load from Loads in the mobile app. Your organization may show the New Load form or the Create New Load step wizard; both start from the same add control on the Loads toolbar.

Who can create a load
The create control appears on the Loads toolbar only when your role is allowed to create loads.
Dispatcher view — create is available.
Drivers — create is available only when driver create-load access is enabled for your organization.
Customers — create is available only when customer create-load access is enabled for your organization.
Common carriers (carrier-only accounts) — cannot use the Loads toolbar create action.
If you do not see the add control, your account is not set up to create loads on mobile.
Open create from Loads
Open Loads in the mobile app.
In the Loads toolbar, tap the add control.
The create screen opens as either New Load or the Create New Load wizard, depending on your app version.
You can also start create from tank details with Create Load For This Tank when that action is shown.
New Load form
On the New Load screen, build the load from locations and details, then submit once.
Under Locations, tap Add location if no locations are listed yet, and add each stop you need.
In dispatcher view, complete Load Details as needed — including Delivery Window, Driver, Priority, Freight Only, Load Confirmation, and PO Number.
Add products and a delivery note when those rows are available for your role.
In dispatcher view, tap Create Load. In non-dispatcher view, tap Finish & See Load.
The bottom create action stays hidden until there is at least one delivery, except for carrier-only accounts that use a different create layout. Load Details appears only in dispatcher view. Location and delivery-note rows are hidden for carrier-only accounts.
When you are adding a delivery on an existing load, the header can show Load #[id] | Create Delivery.
Create New Load wizard
On the step wizard, move through the form with bottom navigation, then create on the last step.
Enter the details on the current step.
Tap Next Step to continue, or Previous Step to go back. Both stay disabled while the app is loading.
On the last step in dispatcher view, tap Create Load. In driver view, tap Finish & See Load.
Dispatcher view and driver view use different wizard layouts for the same create action.
After you create
When creation succeeds, the app confirms that the load was created (for example Load #[id] created successfully!) and refreshes your loads list after you acknowledge with OK.
Non-dispatcher create requires at least one delivery; otherwise the app shows You should create at least 1 delivery! Dispatcher create also checks that the start date is not later than the end date.
The app blocks another create while one create is already in progress, and for 5 seconds after a create attempt, so the same load is not submitted twice.
