Create a customer location
Open a customer, go to Delivery Locations, choose Add Location, complete the New Location form, and submit with Create Location.
A delivery location is where product is delivered for that customer. After create, Dashfuel opens the new location on the Location Details tab. For an overview of every location tab, see Locations.
Open Add Location
Start from the customerβs Delivery Locations section.
Open the customer.
In the sidebar, select Delivery Locations.
Click Add Location.
To browse existing sites first, open All Locations.
Complete the New Location form
The create page title is New Location. Fill the fields you need, then create the location.
Enter Location Name and the site address (Address, Address 2, City, State, County, Zip).
Set Stop Time (minutes) and map position with Latitude, Longitude, and Radius (meters) when you use geofencing.
Add payment overrides, groups, freight group, accessorials, notes, and location flags when this site differs from the customer defaults.
In Contact Person, enter the site contact and the email lists that apply here, including runout, invoice, and daily inventory emails when used.
In Fuel Optimization Overrides, set truck capacity, mixed-fuel, keep-full, and load-trigger values only when this site should not use system defaults.
Click Create Location.
Dashfuel opens the new location. The default tab is Location Details. Use Cancel to leave without saving.
Next, configure the site from the location tabs, or add tanks from Tanks & Products β see Create a customer tank.
