Set delivery windows for a location
Open a customer location, go to the Delivery Window tab, enable the days the site accepts deliveries, set include or exclude hours and preferred times, then click Save Settings.
These windows define when the location can receive fuel. When you schedule a load outside them, Dashfuel warns you but does not block the load—see Creating a Load. For a tab overview, see Locations.
Open the Delivery Window tab
Open the customer, then open the location.
Select the Delivery Window tab.
Enable delivery days
Turn on each weekday the location can accept deliveries. Days run Monday through Sunday.
Find the weekday you want to configure.
Turn on the switch next to that day. Time settings for the day appear when the switch is on.
Leave a day off if the location does not accept deliveries that day.
Set include or exclude hours
For each enabled day, choose whether the time range is when deliveries are accepted or when they are blocked.
Select Include Time Window to accept deliveries only during the hours you set. The range is labeled Accept deliveries during these hours:.
Or select Exclude Time Window to block deliveries during the hours you set. The range is labeled No deliveries during these hours:. When complementary hours exist, the panel also shows Deliveries will be accepted: with the remaining open times.
Set the start and end times for that range.
Set preferred delivery times
Optionally set preferred hours for the day under Preferred delivery times:, or clear them if you do not want a preference stored.
Save your settings
Click Save Settings to apply the delivery windows for the location.
